GARICK SELECTS A NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

CLEVELAND, OH – April 2004 – Garick ( www.garick.com ), a nationwide distributor and processor of sustainable natural resource products, has recently appointed P. Richard Coan as their new Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Coan brings his expertise of finance, accounting, and risk management from the private and public company sectors to Garick. He will manage all financial functions of the corporation, and will be responsible for all aspects of the organization's overall financial policies. Garick is a producer and packager of landscaping and construction materials including bark mulches, compost, soils, playground surfacing, and aggregate. Their administrative offices are located in Cleveland, Ohio. This facility houses the administrative and logistical support functions for the entire organization.
